At Singla Communication, we follow a transparent and fair return & refund policy. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
Return or refund will be accepted ONLY in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Product received in damaged condition
❗ Unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request.
The video should be:
Clear and unedited
Starting from sealed package opening
Showing the product clearly
Without an unboxing video, no return or refund will be processed.
If the customer does not like the product
If the product matches the order but expectations differ
Minor color/design variation due to lighting or screen display
Damage caused after delivery or due to misuse
👉 In such cases, neither exchange nor refund will be provided.
Products that come with warranty will be replaced, not refunded.
Replacement will be done as per the warranty terms mentioned on the product page or invoice.
Smartphones and some mobile accessories are covered under brand/service centre warranty.
For such products, customers must directly visit the authorized service centre.
Singla Communication is not responsible for service centre delays or decisions.
Any return or damage issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Once approved, return instructions will be shared with the customer.
Product must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
Refund (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection.
